Great kitesurf spot with beautiful green water. Kitesufing only works when it is high tide and some hours before and after. It is a large pool protected by a coral reef. So check out the tide tables. Water is perfectly flat. There is a reef left and the real stuff is here: Bali's very own Hookipa. Side-shore winds with waves up to 10 feet provide the perfect conditions for jumping and wave riding. Looking towards the sea it is about 200 meter on the left of the light tower. Here the waves can be very hollow and over 6 feet. You must be really good to go kiteboarding there. It is better with side-shore wind and tide from medium-low to high. The blue reef about 300 meters right of the light tower, has a very nice wave to ride especially in the days with wind a little bit side to off-shore. It's easier then the blue wave on the left as the reef is deeper and the waves smaller. Best month to go are June to August. Wind picks up late morning time usually. Bali is a fun place to be. The island has a great culture and there is plenty to do and to discover. Don't miss it!
