Changi Beach
Singaporeans go kitesurfing at a small bay off Changi airport. Most parallel to the runway. Very shallow water at the beginning. During high tide a very limited launching area of a small sandy strip with lots of coconut trees. The kiteboarding spot is also full of clay pottery pieces- watch your feet! Plenty of space during low tide.

East-Coast Park
Limited launching area, weekend full of people and kids. Water is not shallow and there are lots of cargo and oil/gas vessels outside (Strait of Singapore). Don't kitesurf too close to them, they are very big.
