How do you handle delivery?
- KITOONS will despatch stocked items within one working day after the purchase. Otherwise delivery time is subject to stock levels. We deliver within Thailand by courier or direct to the beach - for free!
What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Can you advise me on the right Kitesurf equipment to buy for my level of riding skill?

What kind of product warranty do your products come with?

Are sold items refundable in case I'm not happy with my gear?
- Regular sold items are refundable for one week after purchase. Subject to, that the equipment is unused and in new condition. Specially priced items are non-refundable.
